Made by our family’s company, Botanical Enlightenment, Silent Spice Masala Chai is a tisane that carries the spirit of chai without the caffeine. A tisane is an herbal infusion made from roots, spices, and botanicals instead of tea leaves, allowing the character of the plants to come through on their own.

Cinnamon chips bring steady warmth that moves gently through the body. Ginger root stirs circulation and adds a fiery kick, the kind of heat that awakens without overstimulating. Cardamom is fragrant and bright, softening the blend with its calming sweetness. Cracked black pepper sharpens the whole cup, bringing depth and just enough spice to clear the senses.

How to brew: Use one teaspoon per cup of water. Steep in just-boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain. Each bag makes about 40 cups.
