Here they are blended with roots, fruits, and fungi chosen for clarity, vitality, and balance.
Honey and pure water create the base, while ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and thyme warm and steady. Tart cherry, black currant, and acai bring deep berry richness and antioxidant support. Lion’s mane sharpens the mind, astragalus builds resilience, and rhodiola restores balance. Turmeric, paired with piperine, supports the body’s natural defenses, while citric acid keeps it all in harmony.

To use: Shake well before each use. Adults may take 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) daily. Children ages 1–12 may take 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) daily. Do not give honey to infants under the age of one.
