Carriers of Story, Keepers of Craft

In our shop every item is born from vision, trial, patience, and the choice to turn imagination into form.
To create is to take something that first lived in the unseen, a thought, a spark of inspiration, or a story carried from memory, and give it shape in the physical world. Our makers do this every day. Ivy Mulligan forages along the river and forest to craft skincare that holds the energy of place. Mark Hanson gathers sea glass transforming it into art that feels like it belongs to the tides themselves. Erica Brown blends her remedies in small batches, each one carrying both the wisdom of plants and the care that comes from lived experience.
In older times, craft was inseparable from community. The healer, the weaver, the smith, each one carried a role that kept the whole alive. That same thread runs through our shelves today. Every maker who shares their work here is a storyteller. Some speak through nurturing remedies, some through jewelry that feels like talismans of the coast, others through foods and teas that nourish both body and spirit.
To surround ourselves with these works is to remember that commerce goes beyond transaction. It's way of weaving community, of sustaining culture, and of exchanging not only goods but meaning.
Here at the edge of the Pacific, we're honored to hold space for these creations. They remind us that making is not only practical but also sacred. Each item is a piece of the land, a piece of a person, and a piece of a story that now continues in your hands.
